What exactly is changed with “Drawdown limit”?
FXOpen’s new “Drawdown Limit” is a mechanism that helps investors (subscribers) to reduce losses.
With the new feature, investors will be notified of drawdowns in PAMM master’s account.
FXOpen will be monitoring all PAMM accounts for 24 hours, and see if the accounts exceed the maximum allowable drawdown which PAMM master has set up beforehand.
If the PAMM account exceeds the drawdown limit, the Subscribers’ funds will be revoked.
Followers can also create an offer with the desired parameters and send a request to the PAMM Account Provider.
If the Provider accepts the offer, it will be added to the PAMM Account list of Offers and the Follower will join the Offer in the Following Rollover.
