FXTM Announcing the new Brand Ambassador 'Lewis Pugh'
FXTM joins forces with UN Patron of the Oceans for The Long Swim.
FXTM is thrilled to announce that FXTM is going blue to help protect our oceans.
They’re joining forces with Lewis Pugh – renowned endurance swimmer and UN Patron of the Oceans – as Lead Partners for “The Long Swim”, a world-first 560km swim along the length of the English Channel.
They also welcome Lewis as FXTM’s brand new Brand Ambassador.
Recent research suggests that oceanic plastic will outweigh the biomass of all fish in the sea by 2050 – and that’s just one small part of the damage humanity has wreaked on our briny waters.
That’s why FXTM is supporting Lewis during his epic journey from Land’s End to Dover this summer.
The challenge is part of a much larger campaign for the Lewis Pugh Foundation, which is to raise awareness of the plight of our oceans and secure Marine Protected Area (MPA) status for 30% of the world’s waters by 2030.
They are honoured to do their part for this cause and support Lewis, who will take the plunge on the 12th of July, 2018.
