Regarding Spread Issues on HotForex’s Platforms

HotForex (HF Markets) has informed that due to technical issues faced by HotForex’s price providers it has seen an abnormal increased spread for several hours.

According to the broker’s statement, HotForex has contacted its price providers as soon as this increase was noticed they worked in trying to address the problem.

A few hours later the issue was resolved which resulted in an even better overall spread throughout and you should see the effect of this now.

In HotForex’s statement, says

“Rest assured that HotForex works tirelessly to provide the most stable trading environment to all our clients and make continuous technological improvements to ensure such incidents do not occur.

Should you have faced any real impact due to this please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
