As you may know, the platform binds all data to the operating system and hardware of the computer, on which it is installed.

This protection method ensures that even if the platform files are stolen, violators will not be able to connect to the server using previously saved accounts.

You are kindly requested therefore, to save your passwords before proceeding with the update, in order to access your MT4 platform again.

If after the update installation your Real Account password becomes invalid, you can directly inform your Account Executive or the CFI Markets Customer Support team.

If you are a Demo Account user, the activation of demo products can also be lost.

You will have to re-download such applications from the market.
