Please note that there has been “quotes flow failure” on TeleTrade Trading Servers caused by an off-market quote.
The error has occurred on February 20, 2017, at 00:05:00 – 00:48:00 (Trading Platform Time), and the affected trading servers are as follows:
- TeleTrade-Server
- TeleTrade-NoDealingDesk
Due to this server error, there may have been trading positions(followings) executed during the failure.
EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCAD, EURJPY, GBPCHF, CHFJPY, EURCAD, EURCHF, AUDNZD, EURNOK, EURAUD, EURNZD, EURSGD, GBPSGD, NZDSGD, USDDKK, USDSGD, GBPNZD, GBPAUD, USDZAR, GBPDKK, EURHUF, USDMXN, USDPLN, EURPLN, USDSEK, GBPSEK, EURSEK, USDNOK, GBPNOK, GBPCAD.
Any affected trading positions during the “quotes flow failure” will be restored to their initial condition and brought back into the market.
