Terms and Conditions of M4Markets’ Wheel of Fortune

M4Markets invites traders to participate in its “M4Markets Wheel of Fortune” (“hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”) subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.

The Promotion is available to all clients and IBs, excluding MAM/PAMM accounts provided that they are eligible to participate in the Promotion subject to the Company’s eligibility criteria as indicated in the Client Services Agreement and these terms.

For participating in the Promotion, the participants should have already completed the steps required for opening an account with the Company and they should have also completed client due diligence and KYC and have their account activated.

Only applicable to verified active clients of M4Markets trading on MT4/MT5 Accounts who have traded a minimum of one (1) lot in FX, Metals and Energies.

Eligible participants will enter the raffle automatically at the end of every calendar month. Winners will be notified by an M4Markets’ representative.

Earned funds will be credited to the winner’s Wallet once they have traded an additional lot in FX, Metals and Energies. The additional lot needs to be traded within one calendar month following the notification received by the M4Markets’ representative.

Winners who fail to trade one (1) lot within one month of being notified that they have won will not be able to claim the reward.

Every lot traded within the month of each raffle equals one participation to the raffle. For example, if the client has traded two lots within February 2022, they will be offered two participations in February’s raffle.

Three winners every month, one for each account:

• Standard Account winner is eligible for -> $250 reward
• Raw Spread winner is eligible for -> $500 reward
• Premium Account winner is eligible for -> $1000 reward

A single client may win up to 3 times. Should they be selected by the Wheel of Fortune a fourth time, their participation will be canceled and a new raffle will be held.

By participating in the Promotion, the Client acknowledges that s/he has read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as to the Client Services Agreement.

M4Markets reserves the right to extend the period at its own discretion with the new period to be provided by M4Markets.

The Company will not be liable for any stop-outs or any other consequences that result from a Bonus cancellation and/or removal.

The reward will be paid to the Client’s Wallet and it may be transferred to the Client’s trading account or it can be withdrawn. The reward cannot be transferred to an account.

If the Company suspects that a participant has abused the rules of the Promotion and/or has been identified to have engaged in abusive trading behavior in any way, then the Company reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to immediately exclude the participant from the Promotion and take additional actions depending on the abuse.

The Promotion is not available to clients in the USA, Canada, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea.
